2" x 1 1/2". One of 100 copies printed on paper from a broken 1576 copy of Digestum Novum and #33 of 100 copies printed on modern handmade paper. Both copies are bound in half black leather and paper (from a printed leaf of Digestum Novum) over boards.
An essay on paper-mills that is inspired by Jack Cade's accusation that "contrary to the king, his crown, and dignity, thou hast built a paper-mill" (2 Henry 6, 4.7).
